Finals are Over

It has been a long month for me, and it is finally time to get down and post again (but I actually doubt anyone is actually reading this. What has made the month worse though is listening to my fellow classmates whine and complain about not being treated fairly. Here is the story. My Civ Pro Prof had a medical reason for having to finish the class a month early and thus the choice was granted to our class to finish early and take our final the week after Spring Break. Most of the class took this option, and then, our Propery Prof chose to give us a take-home paper due the last day of class. The controversey emerged as the other people in the class thought we had gained an unfair advantage by having five days in between Con Law and Crim Law Finals. Everyone of us who were in the situation were hit with snide comments, and it just made a long month longer. Was there an advantage? Hell NO! I've been in final test mode for a month! Between the Appellate Brief, the Civ Pro Final, Oral Arguments, Property Paper and then the two finals, I've had something due almost everyweek. Throw in those in my class who had Con Law papers and you have a burnt out group of people...SO NO! No advantage.
